5 Easy Lunch Wraps to Make at Home

Hummus Wraps

INGREDIENTS

-Multi-grain or veggie wraps

-hummus of your choosing (I personally love an old-fashioned garlic or red pepper if i'm feeling adventurous)

-sprouts

-micro-greens (or pea shoots)

-lettuce

-cucumber

-shredded carrots 

-tomato (I hate tomato, but I know the rest of the world doesn't)

-avocado

This is a great recipe to make for lunch because you can switch it up. Maybe one day you add avocado, one day you swap for red pepper hummus. It is also vegan, very delicious and makes you feel like you are a health queen.

Asian Chicken Wraps

INGREDIENTS

-tortillas of your choosing

-bag of coleslaw 

-shredded carrots 

-cilantro 

-2 chicken breasts, cooked 

-Thai peanut sauce

This is probably my favourite lunch time recipe. To start, cook the chicken in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked through. 

Then add in the peanut sauce until the chicken is coated. 

In a large bowl mix together the coleslaw, cilantro and carrots, then add in the chicken breast. 

Once done you can save in the fridge to add to a tortilla for lunch the next day or that day.
